1. Agreement and Apple's EULA
By downloading or using Loopa, you agree to these Terms and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If these Terms conflict with mandatory law or Apple's Standard EULA, the applicable mandatory provision controls.
2. Who may use Loopa
You must be legally able to accept these Terms in your country. Loopa is not directed to children under 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use Loopa only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
3. Health and safety
Loopa offers general tracking, breathing, movement, reflection, and motivational features. Results vary, and the app does not promise that you will stop or reduce any behavior. Do not rely on Loopa for medical decisions.
Abruptly stopping alcohol, sedatives, or other substances can be medically dangerous for some people. Seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional before making changes that may involve withdrawal risk. If you may be in immediate danger or experiencing a medical emergency, contact local emergency services.
You are responsible for choosing safe activities. Do not perform breathing or physical exercises while driving, where losing balance could cause harm, or beyond your abilities.
4. Loopa Glow subscriptions
Loopa may offer monthly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions under the name Loopa Glow. Before purchase, the app displays the current price, billing period, included features, and any available trial or introductory offer.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account after confirmation.
- A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it through your Apple Account subscription settings before renewal.
- Apple handles billing, cancellations, refunds, taxes, and regional pricing under its applicable terms.
- You can restore an eligible purchase using Restore Purchases in the app.
- Deleting Loopa does not automatically cancel a subscription.
Glow provides ongoing access to premium features that may include unlimited loops, smart reminders, additional coping tools, themes, widgets, advanced insights, rare rewards, and private iCloud backup. Feature details may evolve while preserving the overall value of the subscription.
5. Your data and iCloud
Your use of Loopa is also governed by the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for your device, iCloud account, backups, and the information you choose to record or share. Optional iCloud backup depends on Apple's services and may be unavailable due to account, network, storage, or platform conditions.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse Loopa, attempt to bypass purchase protections, interfere with the app or its services, reverse engineer it except where the law expressly permits, infringe intellectual property, or use it in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
7. Ownership
Loopa, Lumo, the visual design, text, software, and related materials are owned by Bajtica, Anže Šuštaršič s.p., or its licensors. You receive a personal, limited, non-transferable license to use the app under these Terms and Apple's Standard EULA.
8. Availability and changes
We may improve, add, remove, or discontinue features and may release updates needed for security, compatibility, or App Store requirements. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Loopa is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. The provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss resulting from use of, or inability to use, Loopa. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
10. Ending use
You may stop using Loopa and delete it at any time. Subscription cancellation must be completed through Apple. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, security threats, or material violations of these Terms.
11. Governing terms
Apple's Standard EULA contains applicable governing-law and forum provisions, including consumer protections based on your country of residence. Mandatory local consumer law remains unaffected.
